WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
G-nous is looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution,
and successful completion of IT projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the planning and implementation of IT projects, utilizing agile methodologies
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Monitor project progress and activities, overseeing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Facilitate workshops with clients and their representatives
- Provide strategic vision and direction for the project, with a strong business mindset
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue through SaaS and IT project evolution
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- +5/10 years of experience in IT project management and client’s management
- Experience in feasibility analyses, definition of technical specifications and business requirements of custom software development projects
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing project budgeting and staffing
- Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Proven track record of generating revenue through IT project evolution
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in and manage teams
